WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We aim to ship items that are in stock within 3-5 working days, although occasionally it can take longer. Please check website banner for any changes in normal delivery times. Items that are currently out of stock or made to order will usually take around 4/5 weeks however you will receive individual shipping information at the time of order. 

SAMPLE ORDERS

Samples are available for all our fabrics and wallpapers purely to help you make a purchasing decision. If you are interested in pieces of fabric or wallpaper for crafting projects please enquire about remnant bags. If multiple quantities are ordered for the same design only one will be shipped.

If you cannot see the whole pattern and would like a larger swatch please get in touch to order a refundable, returnable piece. 

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST? 

Sample orders are £0.75 and sent by Royal Mail 2

Orders under £100 are £5 and sent by Royal Mail 2

Orders over £100 are FREE and sent by Royal Mail 2 or courier for larger items.

Free local pick up is available from our studio at TN5 7DU. 

If you would like your fabric shipped on a roll please choose this delivery option at check out. There is an additional cost of £25. 

Deliveries to Europe: £25 (standard delivery around 5 working days) (fabric folded)

Deliveries to the rest of the world including US: £40 (standard delivery around 5-15 working days) (fabric folded)

Please note that our shipping does not include any import duties or taxes. These need to be taken into account at delivery end. 

CAN I SHIP TO MY DESIGNER? 

We are happy to delivery to third parties however it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct fabric and length has been received. Please see our refund policy for more information. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame please do get in touch within 14 days following the expected delivery date to allow us to help find the missing item or make a claim to replace it. We are not liable for any missing goods that have not been reported within this timeframe.
